The Business Centre at Leominster is an exciting new development offering offices and workshops developed in partnership with Advantage West Midlands and Herefordshire County Council. There are a range of offices to let varying in size from 345 to 525 sq ft, with telephony and broadband facilities available in all offices. The offices can be let on an exclusive or inclusive basis. Inclusive rents can include, furniture, utilities, business rates and telephone line and handset rental. There is 24 hour access, ample free on-site car parking, shower facilities and a small meeting room for client use.Also on site is a wide range of workshops varying in size from 665 sq ft to 1,730 sq ft These benefit from sectional up and over shutter and personnel access door, 3-phase electricity, lighting and WC. All units have telephony and broadband services with on-site car parking.

The centre is located on the Leominster Enterprise Park, behind the new police station, the centre is just a short distance from Leominster town centre, found just off the A49.
