One all inclusive monthly payment covers rent, rates, utilities, desk set per user, meet and greet reception, cleaning of your office and telephone handsets and monthly line rental; with customers having their own DDI numbers. There is 24 hour access and free on-site car parking. Also on site is a wide range of workshops varying in size from 450 sq ft to 1820 sq ft These benefit from sectional up and over shutter and personnel access door, 3-phase electricity, lighting and WC. All units have telephony and broadband services with on-site car parking. Additional Services: The centre can offer a choice of 2 meeting rooms and 1 training room available to hire by the hour. There is a Cafe onsite, lift access to the first floor. The reception is fully serviced with telephone answering and secretarial services available. Hot desking is also available within the centre, along with virtual offices (subject to availability).
Ubicación:
The centre is located off Holme Lacey Road on the Rotherwas Industrial Estate, approximately 2.5 miles to Hereford Town Centre. It is situated along the B4399 which links the A49 and the new bypass road.
