This business center is located on the 4th floor of the Kattegat Silo. The center is an ideal choice for small start-up businesses. As a tenant in the hotel office, you pay a fixed monthly price. The monthly rent is all inclusive, ranging from the basic things such as desk and chair to the common facilities such as printer, copier and kitchen. Electricity, water, heating and cleaning as well as a stunning view of Frederikshavn port and the Kattegat are all included in the price. Furthermore you can eat lunch at a reasonable price in the cafeteria on the 9th floor. There is also free access to the attractive meeting and conference rooms in the building.

The business center is located in the centre of Frederikshavn port close to Stena Lines and Color Lines’ terminals as well as the terminal serving the ferry to Læsø. The port has direct access to the DSB rail and the E45 motorway.
