Descripción del Business Center:
The Business Center is located in the Three-Country-Point (Belgium/Germany/Netherlands) and offers various offices in different sizes. There are possibilities to rent (per day or even per hour) prestigious meeting rooms for groups with up to 10 participants, as well as bigger conference rooms for events with up to 60 participants. The center offers a wide range of services such as secretarial work performed by professional and multilingual collaborators: starting with a friendly welcome of visitors at the reception desk or the acceptance of incoming phone calls in the absence of a tenant, up to the complete organization of events. The center is located in a quiet environment surrounded with forests and nature. Thanks to its geographical situation the transport connections are excellent i.e. 15 minutes away from motorway access and at a 30 minutes‘ drive from Germany/the Netherlands and Luxemburg and 60 minutes from the French border). Additional advantages: common kitchenette on each floor, spacious parking possibilities.

Public transportation in form of a bus-station right in front of the building and a train station in the city (5 minutes by car). There are 6 airports in a radius of 50 to 120 km around the center (Airport Liège Grâce-Hollogne = 50 km, Airport Düsseldorf = 115 km,...).
