The 111.986 m² Business Park in the Neuaubing district of southern Munich offers a mix of offices, conference rooms, storage facilities, workshops and factories in a total of 22 buildings. At its heart is a modern 20.000 m² multi-storey building comprising offices of many different sizes starting from 20 m², and fully equipped conference rooms providing the ideal venue for seminars and other events. All offices are fully updated and laid-out with high quality carpets. We additionally offer internet, sun protection, controlled air cooling system and kitchens on every floor and fire sprinkling systems. The 300 m² roof terrace, accessed via the conference rooms, it is a great place to catch some sunshine during meeting breaks. The business park also offers excellent facilities for manufacturers in the form of modern, ground-level factory and warehouse spaces.

Ubicación:

The best way of reaching the Business Park is via the B2. The Business Park is 45 kilometres from the airport, which is to the north of the city. If you’re coming by public transport, take the S-Bahn from Munich’s main station, which takes you to Neuaubing in 15 minutes. From there it is a very short walk to the Business Park.
