With 101.162 m², this Business Park has a lot to offer with warehouses, offices, factories, conference rooms and an exclusive villa. The 13-room Art Nouveau villa at the entrance of the site is particularly unusual, with a fireside lounge, four-metre-high stucco ceilings and a beautiful garden providing a highly conducive working environment. There are also 14.425 m² of flexible, modular offices starting from 20 m² for rent. All offices are fully updated and laid out with high quality carpet. There are also 52.800 m² of easily accessible, mainly ground-level warehouse and factory space in a variety of sizes. Ubicación:

The Business Park is right outside the Waldhof S-Bahn and Regionalbahn station, in the heart of a residential and business district and opposite a shopping centre which attracts large numbers of visitors every day. The nearby motorway exit to the A6 makes the Business Park easy to reach. Alternatively, take the train or tram from Mannheim city centre or main train station to Waldhof station, which is just outside the entrance to the Business Park. The journey takes only a few minutes.
